My coaching, training and consultancy helps my clients to improve the quality of their thinking and doing, from vision to execution.

How I help

I coach individuals and teams to see challenges from new perspectives, experiment with different, practical approaches to meet those challenges, and develop their capabilities. I know that people are inherently resourceful; I’m engaged to help them tap into that resourcefulness.

I train teams to build effective prospect, client, stakeholder, and peer relationships, based on trust, providing a toolkit to help them respond to the challenges of sustaining high performance, holding their value and influencing others.

My consultancy helps my clients to win, keep and grow better clients by developing and actioning clear, simple strategies based on deep insight. I encourage them to use flexible planning tools and proven implementation techniques, and to adopt consistent ways of communicating and collaborating in their teams, and with partners and clients.

I believe there are more consistent ways for businesses to win, keep and grow better clients.

Whilst there are thousands of courses, books, videos, podcasts, articles and posts on the subject of creating value for clients, and just as many describing how to navigate complex sales environments, the noise-to-signal ratio is high.

There are lots of consultants and influencers selling ‘maps’ to destinations such as growth, based on their own, specific successes, but offered as universal bearings; I know it’s not that simple.

I always start by listening, in order to help my clients build the right capabilities and have the confidence to plan their own growth journeys, change direction as required, and explore new routes as well.

What I believe

I have more than 20 years’ experience in winning, keeping and growing clients, and leading teams to do the same.

Prior to launching my own business, I spent 10 years driving growth for the digital agency Propellernet. We quadrupled revenue, and trebled margin to achieve a 1,000 percent increase in profitability. This enabled us to launch two successful, SaaS businesses, one of which has subsequently been acquired.

I was then hired to transform the commercial function of cloud-native consultancy, Amido (now Ensono Digital). In my first full financial year (which coincided with the first 12 months of the COVID-19 pandemic) my team delivered an 83% increase in sales. This enabled us to fast-track the sale of the business, a process I was actively involved in. I then continued to grow the business whilst taking on a broader commercial remit as part of the new, larger organisation.
